For this tutorial, you will need:
- Eyeshadow: vibrant purple
- Eyeshadow: deeper shade of purple
- Eyeshadow: black
- Eyeshadow: brown-red
- Eyeshadow: cream
- Eyeliner: black gel liner
- Eyeliner: dark brown pencil liner
- Flat lid brush
- Crease brush
- Blending brush
- Eyeliner brush
- Black mascara
1. Start with priming you bare lids to prevent creasing. The color of your eyeshadow will come out truer and last longer with priming. |
2. Using the flat lid brush, apply the vibrant purple shade all over your lid up to your crease. |
3. Using the crease brush, apply a deeper shade of purple from the corner of your eye to the middle of your crease and blend it out with a fluffy blending brush. |
4. Next use the same crease brush to apply the black shadow at the corner of your lid slightly blending up to your crease to give your eyes depth. |
5. To soften the shades use a transitioning brown-red shadow in the crease closer to the brow bone with a blending brush. |
6. Using the same brush, blend the transitioning color to your brown bone. |
7. Using the eyeliner brush, line your top lid with a black gel liner winging it up and out. |
7. Line your lower waterline with a dark brown |
9. Using the eyeliner brush, line your top lid with a black gel liner winging it up and out. |
10. Top the look off with two coats of black mascara on your upper and lower lashes and there you have it! The perfect purple smoky for the night out. |
